1. The service
MoveMatch is a marketplace that connects customers who need moving or transport services with independent transporters. MoveMatch is not a moving company and does not itself provide transportation services.
2. Transporter accounts
Transporters must create an account, provide accurate business and truck information, and keep their profile up to date. Publishing a profile requires payment of the applicable one-time Basic or Premium plan fee. MoveMatch may suspend or remove profiles that violate these terms.
3. Customers
Customers may search for and contact transporters without creating an account. Arrangements, pricing, and contracts for the actual move are between the customer and the transporter directly; MoveMatch is not a party to that agreement.
4. Payments
Plan upgrades and advertisement purchases are one-time payments processed through our payment provider. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
5. Advertisements
Premium transporters may purchase advertisements to improve their placement in search results. Ad ranking is based on the daily budget committed at the time of purchase. MoveMatch may disable an advertisement at its discretion.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MoveMatch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
