For transporters: business/contact information, truck details, service area, availability, profile photos, and payment records. For customers: pickup and delivery locations and truck preferences entered for a search, which are not tied to an account since customers do not sign up.
2. How we use it
We use transporter information to publish public profiles and match them with customer searches. We use payment information to process one-time plan and advertisement purchases.
3. Sharing
Published transporter profile information (business name, contact details, truck info, service area, images, bio) is publicly visible to anyone searching MoveMatch. We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including our database, hosting, and payment processors.
4. Your choices
Transporters can update or delete their profile information from their dashboard at any time, or request account deletion by contacting support.
5. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the revised version here.
